Anthony's view I have seen a lot of rubbish by the hunting community but this takes the biscuit. The only people that should prosecute and fine hunts are the courts not some body set up by the hunts them self. It is a bit like criminals setting there own organization up criminals to fine criminals total joke the courts are independent to hunts hunting organizations set up and funded by hunts is a total joke just think how many loop holes this will have.

6/8/09 Freshwater dolphins living in the Amazon river basin are being attacked and killed by local fishermen. Conservationists have found a number of boto and tucuxi dolphins that have been struck with machetes and harpoons and left to die.

5/8/09 Undercover bear baiting footage reveals corruption, Disturbing footage taken in July by WSPA member society the Bioresource Research Centre (BRC) has proven that bear baiting events are taking place in Punjab and resulted in the investigation of wildlife officials for corruption.

5/8/09 The Philippines Congress passed Senate Bill No. 2541, or the "National Anti-Rabies Bill of 2007," on February 20, 2007.  Following the drafting and approval of the Implementing Rules and Regulations in Aug 2008, the law took effect. While primarily aimed at combating Rabies in the Philippines, the Bill also included amendments that dramatically increase the penalties associated with dog meat trading.

5/8/09 A HARE-COURSING trial has been heralded as a landmark victory by North Yorkshire police.  The Press reported yesterday that three-times champion jumps trainer Peter Easterby had been found guilty at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court of permitting land to be used for hare-coursing. 

4/8/09 Increasing numbers of otters are being killed by illegal traps set to catch crayfish in the Broads, the Environment Agency has revealed. Three dead otters have been discovered in traps over the last four months - two in the River Waveney at Beccles, and one at Oulton Broad.
