Welcome to this page following on from my Remote Assistance page.
1). First off after you invite your friend to connect to your computer he or she will get a email looking like this one below. After they get the e-mail they just click on the attachment and open it see photo below.
2). Now you will get this screen come up just click on Yes.
3). Now you will get this screen come up the person that sent you the invitation for help will have to allow you access first.
4). Now you will get the screen below this is now allowing you to view your friends screen only. Now if your friend wants you to set up or download program or fix problems with programs you will have to click on Take Control at the top of the screen.
5). Now you will get this page below your friend will have to click on the small box Yes to give you control over their computer they all so have full control over there computer but don't need to do any thing once you have control.
Now you can do what you like from fixing problems down loading or installing programs or setting programs up for them or what ever you like.
6). Now you will get the screen below this is allowing you to do what you want to do with the computer you have just connected to you will need to just click in side the box and click on OK.
7). Now you will get the screen below now after you have finished doing what you are doing just click on Disconnect at the top and you will have closed the connection down.
