Following
the debate yesterday (April 15th) in the Welsh Assembly which endorsed the
decision by the Minister for Rural Affairs to commence the killing of badgers
in support of a programme to control bovine tuberculosis, the Badger Trust has
instructed solicitors to seek permission of the High Court to commence
judicial review proceedings against the Welsh Assembly Government for that
decision to be quashed.
